WHAT IT IS: a delicate tapered highlighting brush.

WHAT IT DOES: with it being a small, precise, retractile brush it makes it very travel friendly.
the brightening brush is a retractable brush. remove the cap from the base and insert the white end into the cap. this will allow the brush to appear. when finished with application reapply the cap until later use.
