We hope that you love shopping at Bohmey Beauty. If, however you need to return something please follow these instructions:

ALL makeup , skincare, beauty, jewelry and accessories cannot be exchanged or returned for sanitary reasons. We are a small business, and must adhere by this policy. We clearly list this on all receipts and at checkout. No exceptions.

STORE CREDITwill be issued for all returnable items. We do not offer cash or credit refunds. No exceptions.

Our refund and return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original package. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

If returning merchandise bought with a gift card, another gift card or store credit will be issued for the returned amount.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will assess the return and see that it is in new condition before we issue you a refund. Some exclusions apply.

Online Returns:

ALL shipping charges will be deducted from the return amount + a $3 restocking fee. This includes original shipping paid by customer or business, as well as the return shipping. We do not give refunds on items returned after 10 days or items that have been used/damaged and are not in resellable condition. All online refunds will be issued as a store credit that can be used in-store or online. We are a small business and must adhere by our strict return policy.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for any international purchases at this time.

Can Sale items be returned?

No, all sale items or marked down merchandise is final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Since we aim to fulfill orders right away, we're unable to cancel or refund an order after it has been processed in-store or online. If you have any questions about your order, please reach out to us at hello@bohmeybeauty.com.

We offer FREE continental U.S. standard shipping on ALL orders $100+.

Bohmey Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

✩ Domestic & International packages ship daily.

✩ International: please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. International buyers, please note that you are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country.

Bohmey Beauty is not responsible for lost packages. All domestic packages are shipped with tracking & international packages are mailed First-class International mail or Priority Mail (upon request) & both are tracked until the package's departure from the United States. Once a package has left the U.S. the package is no longer tracked.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email.

Once your package leaves our stores we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. USPS will need to be contacted by the customer directly. Thank you for understanding.

We're unable to cancel or refund an order after it's been processed in-store or online. For questions about your order, please email hello@bohmeybeauty.com

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipping to, or purchased in Michigan. For orders shipping to all other states, your state may require you to declare your purchases and pay the appropriate sales tax amounts to them directly.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please be aware that Bohmey Beauty assumes no responsibility if the delivery address is misspelled or submitted incorrectly.  Please make sure to verify that all addresses are complete and accurate. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any missing packages.
